What we do
Five services that hold the chain together
From the farm gate to the policy table, our work is to organise, equip and represent the people who make Ghana’s soybean sector work.

Advocacy
We take the chain’s position to government. We have called for the lifting of the soybean export ban, pressed for a National Soya Strategy Plan, and demanded that value chain actors sit on the committees whose decisions govern their trade — including full representation with voting rights on the Export Restriction Committee.

Capacity Building
Training and technical support that raises productivity, post-harvest quality and business practice — delivered to farmers, aggregators and processors through regional sessions and workshops.

Creation of Business Linkage
We connect members to one another — producers to aggregators, aggregators to processors and off-takers — so that trade happens on known terms between parties who can find each other.

Facilitation of Market Access
We help members reach buyers and meet the volume, consistency and quality standards that formal and export markets require of them.

Organising Events
Round tables, regional forums and stakeholder consultations that put the value chain and its policymakers in the same room — from the Soya Beans Round Table to national consultative meetings with government agencies and development partners.
